Return Eligibility
We support a 60-day return policy for all purchased products. Customers can apply for a return within 60 days after receiving the goods if the products do not meet personal expectations, have quality problems, or have other reasonable return reasons. All return applications will be reviewed and processed strictly in accordance with official standards.
Return Requirements
Returned products must be kept in unused, unopened, and intact condition with original packaging complete. Products damaged due to personal improper use, man-made damage, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods after receipt.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify the returned products completely conform to return standards, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The full refund will be credited to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Explanation
All eligible returns support full refund of product payment. Since our store provides free shipping and bears all related tariffs, no additional shipping or tariff fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers will not bear any return-related extra costs for eligible orders.
